TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before making a reservation at Arctic Motorcycle Adventures, we encourage you to read these as it is a contract agreement made
Between Arctic Motorcycle Adventures and you. By submitting a booking, you confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.
ALL RIDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES
The Arctic Motorcycle Adventures' Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity form must be signed and submitted by all riders (no exception)
• A DOT (Department of Transportation) Helmet must be worn at all times during operation and may be provided upon request.
Arctic Motorcycle Adventures is required to accept and sign the General Liability Waiver form of rights before the tour starts.
Adventures through credit card authorization only.
• Upon the return of the motorcycle, Arctic Motorcycle Adventures shall conduct an inspection of the Bike within 48 hours and refund the security deposit where there is no material damages caused by the rider's negligence, misuse or lack of skills.
REQUIREMENTS AND LICENSING
- A valid Class 6 motorcycle license is required for all motorcycle tours.
- Any rider that goes on a guided tour with Arctic Motorcycle Adventures must be at least 21 years of age, with a minimum of 2 years riding experience.
- A valid International Driver's Permit is required for licenses that do not meet Canadian standards.
- The rider must be qualified and possess the required skills and experience to safely operate the motorcycle. The nder represents that they have the qualifications, required skills, and experience to safely operate the motorcycle.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
An advance deposit of 50% of the quoted rate of the tour is required to secure a reservation.
The remaining 50% of the rate will be due 30 days before the tour starts in Inuvik. If the total balance is not received 30 days before the tour starts, Arctic Motorcycle Adventures reserves the right to cancel and charge the cancellation fee to the customer.
• Cancellations prior to 30 days of the date of the reservation are subject to a refund of 50% of the value of the deposit and the issue of a credit for the remaining 50% of the deposit, which is to be used within one year of the date of issue.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled start of the tour will be issued a full credit for the amount of the deposit, which is to be used within one year of the date of issue.
No refund or credit will be given if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours of the start of the tour. - Riders who do not provide notice of cancellation prior to the start date for their tour will forfeit the full deposit amount.
